The tour operates in most weather conditions, including light rain, but may be postponed or canceled in the event of strong winds or unsafe sea conditions. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. Tours are conducted in English. Other languages may be available upon request with advance notice. Guests are advised to bring reef-safe sunscreen, a hat, swimwear, and a towel for comfort during the tour. Snorkeling is optional but encouraged for those comfortable in the water. There are no restroom facilities on the sandbank, so it’s advised to use facilities before departure. Drinking water and light refreshments are provided, but guests may bring extra snacks if desired. Please inform your guide of any medical conditions or allergies before the tour begins.

If you're staying at a property in Malé City, the Airport Ferry Terminal is easy to find and conveniently located on the northern waterfront of the island. Just head towards Boduthakurufaanu Magu, one of the main roads running along the northern coast. The terminal is directly opposite Maagiri Hotel, a well-known landmark that's easy to spot. You’ll see signs for "Airport Ferry" or "MTCC Jetty", and the area is typically active with ferries arriving and departing. If you're unsure, any local or hotel staff will happily point you in the right direction.
